We had an inadequate ingredient , meaning it was lacking in availability they had something better in store for a substitution . Honestly , this is one of the reasons why I come and spend money here. The food at This Specific KFC is always superb when compared to other KFCs , I like the vibes in this building its comfortable ,inviting , Pest free. “ Loved the food. Took a while to place an order and a looooong time to actually get it. Ordered and ate in. Sloww service mainly due to flock of people waiting but minimal staff working. Counter girl was taking orders and constantly breaking away mis order to help other staff. She would return then, read back before continuing with the running order. Not once, but a couple of times, to each order. Maybe 67 in front of me and 5 behind me. Plus, of course, the drivethrough. I got the opinion that she was the only girl who was trained, and she was jockying the rest to keep them straight. Slooow!!!! ”
